Information: How to claim a first generation character

This board is where you can adopt a first generation character. These guys are blank slates, in effect. They come with some generated stats, and no markings or mutations.

Generation ones emerge from the colour pools in the Stardust Caves if they are red, blue, or yellow, and the Blooming Tree in Arbor's Reach if they are orange, green, or purple. They are born from nothing, so they have no need for a backstory.

ALL generation ones start off as herbivores, with a herbivorous mouth/beak.



How the board works is that staff will post new characters (there will be three available at a time), which anyone can then claim for themselves. If you want to claim a character, there will be a form on the thread which you must copy and paste as a reply to the thread, and then fill out. You will have to come up with a name, gender, and personality for your new character. Try and be as creative as you can, but at the same time remember that these are essentially wild animals. They have human-level intelligence, but they won't know anything about human-made things like stores, toys, bands, cooked foods, etc.

After your claim has been accepted by a staff member, you will need to create and then write down the character's details in your character log. A staff member will then move the old thread to the archives. Notice: if you do not finish filling out your application, or you do not create a character log within 1 week, your application will be deleted and it'll go up for adoption again. Please keep this in mind.

Please do not claim too many at once! Only play as many characters as you think you can handle, and make sure that others can have a chance to claim one too.
